Our Team
ATLANTIDA is implemented by a multidisciplinary team of the UNorte.pt consortium (University of Porto, University of Minho & University of Trás–os-Montes and Alto Douro) and CIIMAR (Interdisciplinary Centre of Marine and Environmental Research), mobilizing other 6 R&D units.
The 4 institutions involved in ATLANTIDA have a long history of collaboration and joint initiatives. Thus, despite their individual identity and activity, under a global and united coordination, ATLANTIDA will build-up and strengthen the links between the beneficiaries towards the joint materialization of a shared vision aiming to build up a platform for the monitoring of the North Atlantic Ocean and set up tools for the sustainable exploitation of the marine resources.
